I think all education is important and has its place as I believe you are always learning , however in my trade hands on is very important. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a team is fantstic as you can learn and bounce of each other. Describe the benefits of working alone I have never worked alone . What was your worst working experience? Being promised a long term job and being used for the christmas period. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To take a step back and listen and have paitents.
