Team Leader's, Team Leaders are in charge of up to 20 staff at one time, Your main job is to make sure all staff are were they have been place and make sure the staff working in the main clubs are keeping to the rules, Also on Bar Crawl nights to make sure the bar crawl runs on time and the games are run smooth, Pay for this job is 5 euro for any tickets you may sell, 10 euros per day and 30 euros per night of the bar crawl, Also there is a Bonus of 1 euro per head Average Weekly wage is 350 euros. Team Manager, The Team Manager is responsible to the total running off the staff on a day to day basics. The main duties are the make time sheets for staff and placements for the clubs, As we have staff in the main clubs here working night time selling tickets. Will be responsible to the MD, Pay for this job is as follows. 10 euro any tickets sold. 50 euro per bar crawl night. also the team manager is on a commission share taking 20% of the total bar payments on the nights, Average 200 per night. Average weekly wage is 500 euro.
