Formal education or skills and why? skills, because if you know how to talk to people and how to move and work with people, you have a better chance of controlling the situation or conflict in hand. Describe the benefits of working alone I work some times better alone as i like to get on with the task at hand and i know that everything is done to a sertain standard, makes it more reashuring for my self that everything is ok.
