CALL CENTRE OFFICER

· Minimum qualification required is G.C.E O/L with 4 credit passes at one sitting including English, Sinhala/Tamil Language/Literature and Arithmetic or Mathematics.

· Age limit between 18-30 Yrs.

· IT Literacy and an excellent command of both written and spoken English,

together with fluency in Sinhala/Tamil.

· The ability to independently handle multiple tasks, in a fast-paced environment.

· The ability to deliver top quality service and to lead a team.

· Flexibility and an aptitude to work on shifts as 6 days a week and roster including nights, Mercantile holidays, Poya-days and Sundays.

· 2-3 Yrs of experience in a similar position will be an added advantage for selection.
