Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I would say a healthy mix is most widely applicable in the job market generally, but the answer really depends on the specific field in question.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Synergy, and the enjoyment of contributing to a common effort.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Depending on the task, uninterrupted working time & undivided focus can be valuable.

What was your worst working experience?

Teaching in a school with an unhealthy, profit-only oriented set up.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Teaching is about empowering people. The own development as a person and professional can never stop. There is always something to learn from others, even when they work in a completely different field and situation.

What unique skills do you have?

I am very good with people, and I have very good qualifications.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Teaching, directing musical ensembles, being part of developing a new program or educational/professional institution or integrating a program into an existing institution.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The work with people, bringing people together, and, of course the musical/artistic aspect.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I have not found any so far

These are pretty comprehensive interview questions, but: what are your hobbies?

Discovering new cultures, nature, scuba diving & sports and, you guessed it, music.
