I passed the O/L and I was able to get two credit from A/L then i completed the management course including management(C),HRM(A),marketing(B), secretory practice(A) ,team work management(C) ,English also computer(A,B)

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both of Formal and Skills. Because every person learn via this two type
