It's history, people, their religion, wonderful places. I really like them and Amman is the best place to see everything. and It'll help much better to work as well. Food & Beverage Department, as a Waiter. What fields have you worked in before? I'm a Hotelier since the time that I've started to work. What qualifications do you hold? I'm experienced in star class hotels. and I was trained so many hotels during my course period. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is a thing that important for a person since childhood. it shows the way to someone to take correct decisions and to be in a good control with the mind. so, they can think their-self what should they do in a correct way. and the skills are very important like formal education. without skills we can't do anything although we're expert in formal education. Actually both are very important. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others, can make good communication with everyone. and everyone can improve their knowledge about the field that they're working. it helps for the employer to give a good service for the customers. Describe the benefits of working alone If someone is clever in taking correct decisions, it doesn't matter he or she is working with others or alone. because he/she is the best in taking correct decisions. It helps for them to work without any mistake. What was your worst working experience? At that movement she was my guest. but she forgot her bag and went away without saying her farewell. and she didn't come again to take it back. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The guest is always right. What unique skills do you have? In sports, I was an expert in Cricket and Wushu. In life, I've a skill that respecting every people in the world and listen to them, understand them. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job should be help for others. this hospitality job would be the best way for it. as a waiter, I can do my best. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? To be on the top of the Food & Beverage Department. ( F&B Manager ). What are the least interesting aspects of your field? To go one step towards from the waiter. What am I doing?
