What was your worst working experience? When I had to retire on reaching 55 years of age, it came as a shock because I am a firm believer that age does not matter, what matters is attitude. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That people need people, and with motivation, guidance, proper training and a little kindness you can sometimes turn one of the worst appearing employees, into the "Star of the Organization". What unique skills do you have? I am a people's man, and I strongly believe that I can get the best out of my "team" by leading from the front and inspiring others by proper leadership and example. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Being a General Manager in an Organization which truly values and believes that an Organization's greatest assets are it's valuable employees. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Motivating people to change for the better, and leading and guiding them towards becoming employees who contribute towards the growth of the Organization.
