Skills, as it is the inborn talent one is naturally endowed with. One has to improve skills with his/her own realisation. Formal education could be of use in harnessing one's skills. Remember, most successful persons have capitalised on their skills (with a strong liking and perseverance)
Describe the benefits of working with others
It gives an opportunity learn many things from others since each one has some unique qualities. It also makes one realise that each person has differences, which paves a good roadway to peaceful co-existance. Team work help create synergies when work with others.
Describe the benefits of working alone
This boosts self confidence. When working alone, one will be more catious to minimise the rooms for errors, negligence and other mistakes. Since the authority and responsibility is centered on one person, one would be mindful of 'accountability".
What was your worst working experience?
I was asked to prepare fictitious accounts and present same to the public authorities, which I refused. As a result I had to leave that particular office, which has paid me the highest salary with perks in my career life.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
Be honest, far thinking,work with a passion and liking always.

Positive mindset, ability to forsee the future, unparallel integrity,quality of never give-it- up until the objective is achieved, grooming the next level of people and willing to learn. I wish to act as a leader.

Managing an organisation as a CEO and ensure gowth in terms of finacial results, opeartions, investors' wealth, stability and social well being.
