What field do you currently work in? working in a Law Firm Administrative assistant post. basically handling databases & payments regarding documents. What qualifications do you hold? Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination - 2006 Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination - 2009 Computer Science Diploma. Currently Studying Telecommunication System Engineering Diploma at City & Guilds institute. Creative handy craft certificate course. did lot of extra curricular works at schooling. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both important. skills can have even without formal education but with the training. If it was so, he know the things he trained, once he needed to be solved a problem he will need his previous formal education foundations. Skills needed for do the daily job & formal education foundations needed once we wanted to solve a problem that we have never faced. Describe the benefits of working with others people have talents which different from others, so once we have a group we can share the workload effectively rather than doing alone. As a example one person will get about 4 hours to finished a job & one person will finished it in one hour. so share the workload is important to finish a job effectively. And also we can learn things we don't know by working with others. And If someone do a wrong work others will see that before that thing become worse we can adjust it. Describe the benefits of working alone we can focus on our work & do it accurately since no one is there to disturb. higher speed of work can be achieved. once we work alone we can self learn with the mistakes, so those things will never forget once we adjust the things with a mistakes. What was your worst working experience? The mistake is not mine, I knew the person who did it. But I had to listen to the blame. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Being kind-hearted will make lot of problems.Normally Finishing my works soon is my habit, What unique skills do you have? finishing the works soon. ( think I have to do the same procedures many times, I found my way to do it fast and accurately within few things being done.) eventhough my mind situation is very bad (Sad mood) that is not a problem with my working.I can remove all the problems from my head once I doing something & focus on work.
