What qualifications do you hold? I have completed G.C.E. (O/L) and successfully completed National Diploma in Marketing in 2009 (Accounts, Business Environment, Introduction to Marketing, Business Law, Maths and Statistics, Business Communication, Organization of production) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider that the Skill is more valuable than the formal education. Because, person can’t achieve his personal targets, with out having a personal skills. Skill is most important for each human. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Telephone answering skills, Giving best customer service e for the customers, cash book & petty cash maintenance, preparing quotations, counter service to customer, preparing weekly & monthly statements, documentation & file maintenance. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I don’t like to stay in same position. My dream is get promotions from my category and go upwards. So I couldn’t mention a job.
