Looking for challenging role in a market leading organization

What type of job are you looking for?

A job related to busiiness such as an executive, administrative assistant, seratery etc.

What nationality are you?

Sri lankan.Tamil.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I can speak all three languages Tamil Sinhal And english well, While having the capability of reading and writing sinhala which is my 3rd language.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I,m hoping to work in Colombo Sri Lanka, Since i'm ooking forward to continue my 2nd year education of bussiness IT in Colombo.So willing to work only in the weekdays.

What countries have you worked in?

Only Sri Lanka.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Still not.

What field do you currently work in?

In the field of IT.

What fields have you worked in before?

TThis is my first employment and im working around 1 year.

What qualifications do you hold?

I have successfully completed the diploma in ICT and passed with distinction.Completed the first year of business IT and awaiting for the 2nd semester results, meanwhile following 2nd year in Kandy untill a suitable employment is been fixed for me in Colombo.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

We have to have the skills with us but definetly with the formal education. Because the formal education is which certifies our qualification and talents.But meanwhile personal and acadamic skills our essential to succeed in what we have learnt,To provide a good service for the country and nation with what we have got through formal education as well as inbuilt and gained skills.

Describe the benefits of working with others

We can have a great oppertunity to have a diversity of people with different levels of knowledge and talents. We can share the knowledge of the experienced people, while having a new environment with new people. We can develop our personal skills by having a chalenging role. By working as a team can develop the team spirit for a good output towards the profit of the organization.

Describe the benefits of working alone

We can show our personal talents while working,By the good performance can have promotions and more responsibilities to cover. Can have the personal attention of the management and the guidance and support of them.

What was your worst working experience?

Where i'm really free in workin ghours without no customers or students to teach.Felt really boared.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Whaever the work it is to gain the maximum experience out of it.To be flexible in the working place with every type of people.To learn the good characteristics of people and avoid the weak points of them. To do the best for what we get from the company. To work towards the success of the company. To respect everyone wether they are small or big. To be punctual.etc.

What unique skills do you have?

i have the skills of leadership,To properly organize something,To takeover responsibilities.To speak,read,write all three languages tamil,sinhala and english.To work in aproper order maintainig neatness and so on.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

To be a software engineer.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Teaching kids. Preparing students for the exam. Learning new softwares. Lecturing. Taking over company responsibilities.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Bieng free.
