Describe the benefits of working with others It is blessing to work with others for the fact that a great deal of knowledge and experience could be aquired from people having different backgrounds and experiences, one can learn a lot by working with others. The most important experience I have so far learnt from my career is 1.One has to be guided and work by a predetermined program of work and budget 1.
