They are both valuable, but at different levels. First you have to acquire formal education so that you will be able to identify your skills. Formal Education is interlinked to skills. Describe the benefits of working with others Interdependence - sometimes if not always people require the cooperation of others to successfully achieve goals thus people are dependent on others and that they cannot survive or function in loneliness. Helps In Task Completion - there are certain activities that have to be done in a group, people are therefore influenced to work with others in order to complete such activities.
