Formal education or skills and why? skills because one may have formal education but putting it into practice will be difficult. having the skills will motivate one to work hard and is possible to advance the education, unlike having the education is hard to advance the skills. Describe the benefits of working with others it create an environment where one can acquire some knowledge and skill one dint have, and helps also in interacting with different people and different characters, hence enhances your career and skills learnt from others. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is also good for accountability, and motivation to reach the desired and set goals, knowing you are working the work load without looking over any body else. What was your worst working experience? when i used to work as a driver and sales man with a safaricom company in kisumu, where we went for a field sales and all my sales men ran away to the market leaving me alone on the vehicle to sell, and explaining to the big crowd about our products. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The biggest lesson is that you work diligently and determined to the post you have, because one's handwork will lead to tomorrows testimony. and never work against your conscience. What unique skills do you have? driving all day and night, interacting with diffent people with different ethics. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? working in a position where am comfortable with my skill and good pay. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? i meetting with different people and teach me to stay like them, do like them, and interact with them. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
