Farm Management, Driving LV and HV, operating earth moving equipment. What qualifications do you hold? O'Level and A'Level GCE(Secondary and partly college education Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I prefer skills because less time consuming, very easy to learn for a war torn country. Describe the benefits of working with others Learning another culture,You get to know the behaviour of people from other places.Learning to do familiar things in another faction. Describe the benefits of working alone Knowledge will not spread. People will term me as been selfish. What was your worst working experience? Working as a relief worker and was cut up behind rebel line. Had to pass through A neighbouring country in order to rejoin the family in Monrovia. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learned to do things in the shortest possible.I am very easy to take in and very good at passing or teaching people. What unique skills do you have? Very skillful in the operation earth moving machine,operate LV and HV vehicles of any kind, Preparing safety bond and head wall using gabion baskets, Crime investigation, Safe course, working at heights, Advance first Aider and doing JHA i.e. job hazard analysis and risk assessment before undertaking a task. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Learn more about hole road building and complete supervision of the work crew. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects are: as I build roads towards remote villages, the villagers become so asserted they sometimes offer me and my crew gifts.I mean it is so interesting to see.It is all because the are going have access to seeing vehicles.For some of them it will be their first time of seeing a vehicle. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? There is nothing in my field that I consider least aspects. Have you ever had a major incident in you field? Not exactly but most likely,when a truck full of drilling rods roll over while descending a Mountain two years ago.There was no fatality neither any serious injury.
