What nationality are you? am a south Sudanese What languages do you speak (and at what level)? English,Nuer,kiswahili and some Arabic and Dinka dialects. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? am looking to work in south sudan in Unity state because i wanted to serve them first and moreover, it look more secure to me because that is where i was born. am also willing to work anywhere to develop the new country together as the sons and daughter one nation without tribalism. What countries have you worked in? Kenya but was just a voluntary work for community in refugee camp. What countries do you have a visa to work in? none. What field do you currently work in? am just a fresh graduate and trying hard to seek for a job. What fields have you worked in before? community service like HIV/AIDS awareness and church activities. What qualifications do you hold? I have recently completed a diploma in Business Administration at Makerere Business Institute,plus basic education and other training courses like computer application and others. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? both of them, but formal is more valuable because it gives you the necessary knowledge to efficiently acquire those skills. Describe the benefits of working with others one the main benefits are that, one can learn from each other hence sharing ideas and skills that will lead to team work and proper achievement of the organizational goals and objectives. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone is also beneficial because one can concentrate in his /her work. other people cannot finish their work when they share it with each other. it also gives confidence to you when alone leads to the accomplishment of the task assigned to you.therefore, more privacy is maintained. What was your worst working experience? my worst experience was that, people were not cooperative at all in any field of work.
