I am a Ugandan citizen,56years of age and currently working as a civil servant with THE MINSTRY OF FINANCE,PLANNING,AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT with the Ugandan gorvernment.I have over 15years experience working as a PRINCIPAL ECONOMIST in the above MINISTRY.Not only have i served as a Principal Econmist,but i have also attained the award of ASS COMMISSIONER AID LIASON DEPARTMENT and have served for over five years with that title.I have received numerous awards from summits round the world.
