in sudan,because am so passionate with working with the nations that are still undergoing development.

community educator and paralegal

What qualifications do you hold?

diploma in community development and social work

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

skills,because you can be able to apply in the daily life and your work and it can be passed from one person to another.it involves more of the creativeness in an individual.

Describe the benefits of working with others

it helps one build communications and networking skills which are very relevant in my field of work.you can be able to learn and gain knowledge from the other workmets.

Describe the benefits of working alone

u can be able to set targets for your work,and be organized easily.

What was your worst working experience?

when i had to go and visit kibera slum the first time, icouldnt find my way back to the main road.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

you must be appreciative and thank God for all the privilllage He has grant us.we must learn the art of giving rather than always want to receive.atleast one must make an effort in touching someone life atleast every year.

What unique skills do you have?

i can effectively communicates direction and conveys complex information in easily understood format,competent "people person"with very good knowledge in counselling computer and communications skills.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

working as a programs manager

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

you get to talk to the people directly and be able to understand where exactly they are coming from.home visits is also very interesting.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
