Awarded Bachelor in Development Studies Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills is more valuable, It helps one to implement and pass over the skills and knowledge to the community which is life sustaining and helpful. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with other is very beneficial in the sense that, It helps one to build him/her self in the area one is not well verse with. Secondly it helps to wimplement the program more effectively and efficeintly, thirdly minimises conflic in work places, fourthly it helps in proper coordination and communication, fifthly its the foundation to transparency and accountability. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone depends on the nature of the job. If the job is security concious, then benefit helps to keep one secure, Manage a team with higher consultation, time management and deadline. In regard to community develoment, its quit difficult to work alone especially the one that involve direct contact with the beneficiaries. What was your worst working experience? My worse working experience was working in pastoral and worriors community.I was 24 hours security concious and taking critical cultural values which contradic with the organisational policy. However,it has helped me to be security concious always What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The new understanding of international NGO working policy,Coordination and communication with incorperation of team work is very important in programme implementation. What unique skills do you have? Leadership,Managerial, Mobilisation , Communication, facilitating and training,Adventure and risk taking experience, Accountability, Record keeping, Monitoring and evaluation but above all Socialization What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To utilize the knowledge that I have acquired to the benefits of the community and to accomplish any tasks given to me to the satisfaction of my superior/supervisor. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Commuinity development, Community Empowerment , Peace building and rehabilitation , Monitoring and Evaluation What is your favourite hobbies and how soon are you available?
