I have diploma in project planning and management and therefore i have what it takes to manage both asset and human resources with aim of directing them to achieve set goat and objective with use of minimal resource. What nationality are you? I am a Southern Sudanese What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak english, kiswahili and Arabic as international languages. I also speak luganda,Acholi,Turkana, Toposa, Nuer and Dink as local languages in East Africa. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I like in any area the Organization will sent to Since i am entitle to serve all irrespective of there nationalities. What countries have you worked in? i have not work in any except when i visit the Kakuma camp in kenya where i serve as the teacher voluntery and Kampala Uganda as the painter with Roko company. I work as a logistic and sales officer, public relation officer in An IT company called COMPUTECH LTD What fields have you worked in before? I have been working as logistic manager in Quantum Business solution. I have also work with the ministry of education in South Sudan GoSS as Assistance project inspector coordination the ten states. What qualifications do you hold? I have diploma in project planning and management. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider the skill education because can be able to help the other and himslf as well. What was your worst working experience? Working with the people who does not know what the need to achieve is one of my worst work. there should be a target to achieve and the daily monotoring of the program and evaluating it to quickly respone if required. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most importance lesson learn through my career is that there are more opportunities to make people self independent if only correct management of the scarce resources is put in use. that is directing both human the material resource towards set goal and object of the business.
