to build your my own Skills is the every day challenge, its my non-end goal, while formal education is just my starting point, if I had a PHD and with no skills, its not enough to reach my achievements.

What was your worst working experience?
to work in an atmosphere where everyone is fighting others success and to work in a one-man show management, that is taking all authorities of my post and blaming me for the results after.

never judge a situation or person unless i understand very well the culture and reasons behind it, everybody have a positive side that can be an addition value for the organization, always listening with an open minded and positive attitude

there is no such a dream job, but at least to do my job in a professional way with a normal obstacles and sharing success with others with no fears, and to be satisfied money wise.
