I am Looking the post for Procurement or Warehouse Officer/manager

What nationality are you?

United Republic of Tanzania

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I speak fluently English and kiswahili

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I am looking to work in South Sudan, espencially to devote my experience and knowledge I have to help people of Sudan

What countries have you worked in?

I have worked in United Republic of Tanzania only

What field do you currently work in?

Currently I am working in research and consultancy based on Procurement and Data management

What fields have you worked in before?

I have worked for three years with United States America - Dar es Salaam Embassy at the position of Logistics and shipping assistant under the construction of New of in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Also I have worked with construction industries for seven years under the construction of turbine gas electricity power supplies funded by tthe World Bank

What qualifications do you hold?

I am the holder MBA (Masters in Business Administration - Procurement and Logistics Management. Also I am the holder of Certified Procurement and Supplies Profesional(CPSP) which is internationally recognised.Also I have a Diploma in Business Administration - Marketing.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider both formal and skills education because any one who under go all of these stages get used and have more exposure to the environment or to the real world.

Describe the benefits of working with others

The benefits which one get by working with others are as follows; -Getknowledge from others espencially on the area which you do not know. -Get exposure by learning from others experience and skills -Transfer of knowledge from one side to another -learn different culture for the benefits of others.

Describe the benefits of working alone

The benefits of working alone; - Self decision making - Challenges when one get problem espencially decisions on technical issues. - Quick decision making and make things done. -easy programme implementaion espencially on making things done

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience happened during the time when I was woking with Renco Engineering and Construction Company, normally I used to work for long hours and some time I forget my familly responsiblities, such as left in the office very late, working even over the weekends. This was simply for a reason of meeting a deadline of the project.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The lesson I have learnt during my working experince; working according to rules, regulations and procedures of your employer. To observed integrity and Ethics of the organization in question. Also to be open to your supervisor/boss.

What unique skills do you have?

the unique skills I have is shape in distinction espencially on what I ought to do and what I ought not to do.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream job is always to work for people needs and wants.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interested aspects of my field is assets management

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

the least interest aspect of my field, I do not like missmanagement of people. Also failure to meet the deadline of which was scheduled.
