I hold a diploma in Pharmacy and an advanced diploma from the Chartered institute of purchasing and supply (UK) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills to be more valuable because a skill can be applied to a situation through innovation while, eduction without a skill may not be very beneficial Describe the benefits of working with others working with other people is likely to produce more results because in ateam individuals compliment each other and produce synergism but needs good communication Describe the benefits of working alone working alone may only be be advantageous in as far communication is concerned in that there is no likelyhood of any communication break down but one is likely to encounter some limitations in terms of information What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
