Formal education or skills and why? skills i consider skills because you might be educated but you do not have what it takes to accomplish a given task. but a skilled person will execute it in flash of a second. Describe the benefits of working with others Release creativity and energy Make you more marketable - employers want team player Improve efficiency Expose you to different ideas and ways of working Help you develop communication, negotiation and problem solving skills Describe the benefits of working alone working alone gives more autonomy and power to decide. it enables acting according to one's judgment without facing criticism. even while working alone, eperts advice and consultations with others can be fruitfully availed but the ulitimate decision will be with one person. working alone is best for those who want no interference with their style and working. It helps you connect with yourself and assemble thoughts and ideas in a way that's unique to you. It does raise intuition and cuts out human noise Working alone is good for getting things done.
