Iam a development worker by proffesssion but a down to earth person who can work in any field to achieve a given goal What fields have you worked in before? I have volunteered with Uganda Redcross Society and Salvation Army uganda, and always carried out community work, sensitization especially where there is so much interraction What qualifications do you hold? I hold a diploma in development studies, a certificate in social work and social administration and a certificate in childcare management... Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is importand because you learn and earn basic knowledge which is necesssary in everything you do and SKILLS are important because they practical, meaning that its important for someone to acquire skills especially practical skills in any working enviroment. Describe the benefits of working with others There is a saying that two heads are better than one, no one knows it all, so it is importtant to work with others because it helps in discovery of new things and ideas, knowledge is acquired cheaply which leads to good work. Any good work is always as a result of good team work. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone cuts down on conflicts and disagreements in working eviroments. What was your worst working experience? My worst working expirience is when i have to work without interracting and sharing different ideas from different minds and people What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt to most love what i am doing regardless of the results and outcomes, i have learnt to be patient and most especially be tolorant in what so ever aspect of working conditions and its enviromen What unique skills do you have? The fact theat i have to interract and relate with different people in different sommunities,different character and behaviour, that is what makes it very interesting for me. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least can be when service is not well delivered especially to a customer or client.
