Reason:One needs the formal education so as to gain knowledge on how to make good and constructive use of the skills he/she possesses. Describe the benefits of working with others I have learnt cooperation,respect of other people's duties, patience and the use of the technique of delegation of duties for positive results. Describe the benefits of working alone Am able to concentrate on what I embark on although I end up consulting where need be. What was your worst working experience? When my expectations of very good results for my best student in class were shunned when the student dropped out of school due to school fees and I couldn't help it. It was such a challenge. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Evey person and every office in organization is important even if it seems minor.Success of the organization depends on cooperation of all the organs involved. What unique skills do you have? Counselling,First Aid,Scouting Skills What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Being a CEO of an organization that touches people's directly eg giving food to the hungry and making the less advantaged see the the reason to live another day. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I Love the bit of giving people hope and I feel fulfilled when once a discouraged person can ultimately smile and have hope in life once more. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? As a teacher when faced with low intelligent students and I have to look for ways to make them average students.Its quite challenging especially when the students are less interested in learning.
