am looking for a construction job and would like to work as a foreman What nationality are you? am a Kenyan citizen based in the coastal region(Mombasa). What languages do you speak (and at what level)? English luo, Swahili, all are at an advanced level What country or area are you looking to work in and why? i want to work in Sudan because in Kenyan getting job opportunities is a problem so i decided to apply for employment else where. What countries have you worked in? in Kenya and Tanzania and also in Somalia. What countries do you have a visa to work in? the east African countries What field do you currently work in? construction fields What fields have you worked in before? construction, mechanical What qualifications do you hold? i hold a diploma in construction and civil engineering. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? both because they are all important in ones career. Describe the benefits of working with others you gain more knowledge and skills from your fellow colleagues and you also increase the level of interaction hence good working relations Describe the benefits of working alone one enjoys the benefits alone and doesn't loose much as in terms of capital to pay others What was your worst working experience? i worked for someone and in the end i got injured and the person refused to pay my salary so i had to struggle and put my self in hospital. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? one to appreciate what they do and do it well because you never know whom you are working for the might like you and the work you do and take some where better.
