· Provide I.T User Support.

· Basic/First Level Troubleshooting in Computer System and Network – LAN.

· LAN System Administration and carry out Update of Equinox Branch file Database System/Server.

· Installation of Computer Software on PC.

· Configuring PC on to LAN and WAN.

· Coordinate the branch and Head Office.

· Prepare Computer Assets monthly returns.

· Prepare other reports as and when required at Head office.

· Ensure safe custody of Computer Assets/Inventory and observe security of bank information.

· Regularly carry preventive computer maintenance to improve on computer system performance.

· Prepare /or organize areas which need refresher course for staff in I.T fields.

· Completely comply with Bank policies and procedures.
