RF/Telecoms- anything to do with wireless or point to point communication

What nationality are you?

Zimbabwean

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English,Zulu,Ndebele,Shona,Xhosa(excllent both spoken and written),chichewa and swahili understand and can speak though limited.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

South Sudan, there are opportunities of growth and stability

What countries have you worked in?

Zimbabwe and am in SA since 2009

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

South Africa

What field do you currently work in?

RF/microwave

What fields have you worked in before?

RF(two way radios),policing(Zimbabwe Republic Police),signalling(National Railways of Zimbabwe)

What qualifications do you hold?

National Diplomas,certificates and three years at university out of five (Bachelor of management-human resources)

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both,but skills bring growth and create self employment and are also the basis of industrial growth.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Advancement in skill,reduced time of task completion due to sharing of ideas,co-ordination,team work,cultural exchange,learning of other languages etc

Describe the benefits of working alone

No disturbances,focus to task etc

What was your worst working experience?

working in a politically affiliated police force

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Have a goal,remain focused,even if it is difficult put more thinking until you achieve the goal,if you havent achieved it,its not the end.

What unique skills do you have?

Leadership,team player,motivator

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

RF Engineer

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The field needs somebody who constantly updates self,always changing

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Low pay

Have you worked in military environment before?

Yes, was in the police for 10 yrs
