I am working in Ethiopia in tourism area almost more than 20 years What countries do you have a visa to work in? Well I have been traveling on tourism business propose to most European countries, the US and South Africa, however at this moment I don't have visa What field do you currently work in? Tourism (Tour operator) What fields have you worked in before? Since I started job it is tourism What qualifications do you hold? 12th grade certificate and tour operator certificate from Utalii college and long time experience in tourism industry Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both, formal education is the base and skills /experience would plus up to be perfect. Describe the benefits of working with others In a tourism area, team work makes everything easier Describe the benefits of working alone I don't see any good side of working alone. I have never been working alone always with people. What was your worst working experience? Since I started my Tourism job, I always am happy and don't remember anything bad in my experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I did learn quit a lot from my long time tourism area. To mention few: being honest, thinking for others, punctuality, and being at ease where ever i go What unique skills do you have? Well I don't think this is skill but I cook, cloth designing and jewelery designing What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to open my own Tour operation or to be fashion designer What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting people from all over the world and traveling to other destinations. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
