I have a diploma in Travel and tourism both consultant and certificate level, I have a certificate in galileo and a certificate in customer service. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? To me both formal education and skills are important.. Formal education is important in the sense that it gives you a solid foundation inquiring knowledge systematically. While, a skill is a learned capacity carry out pre-determined results within a minimun out lay of time and energy.
