Health Care PlannerWhat type of job are you looking for? Iam a potential candidate for Health Care Planner What nationality are you? I am a Nigerian What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak English, Housa, and little of Kiswahili What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Iam looking to work in Swaziland. The simple reason is that i have recieved my graduates studies in Health services Management in East Africa and will want to compare notes and see what application i can make to Swaziland. This will also help to see what application i can maka to my Country Nigeria on return. What countries have you worked in? As a Doctoral student i have been lecturing the undergraduate students on health services Management in Mzumbe University. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I only have a resident permit as a doctoral student to stay in Tanzania and not a work permit. What field do you currently work in? Iam a doctoral student specialized in Health services Management. I have just completed my studies and now waiting for my viva voce coming up in early May 2010 What fields have you worked in before? I work in the Primary Health Care Services for over twenty years today with the Church today. What qualifications do you hold? PhD Health Services Management. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider education more valuable to skills because it is a mental requiring thinking more than performing, and skill is performing more than pure thinking. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with other people brings about synerges and good results. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefit of working alone depends on the type of work and the personality of the individual. If he is the type that needs to be around people being alone would be torture. He would be bored and wouldn't be able to concentrate.He cannot compet in the market forces. What was your worst working experience? My worst experience was in 2002 when i was posted to teach in a college of Health.I discovered everybody was working in isolation to achieving the goals and objectives of the Funders.It took me time to bring the staff together to agree on working together and that year the college had a very nice results. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learn working together is the best way of achieving organizational goals and objectives of an organization. When there are enough resoures to surport the human resources to carry out their daily routine duties. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? When there is no support from the top management to the operational staff to enable them carry out their daily routine work.
