Ireland, England, France and Sweden What countries do you have a visa to work in? I am able to work in all european countries. What field do you currently work in? At the moment Im a stay at home mom, but now my son is nearly three years old and I really want to start working again. What fields have you worked in before? Airline Cabin Attendant and bar work. What qualifications do you hold? Finished all high school and studied a year college coarse in airline and aviation studies. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe a formal education is very important because it gives you the tools for a broader and more successful career in the future and with that you build up your skills. Describe the benefits of working with others I have always loved working in a team along with others, its the reason why my career as a flight attendant was so successful I personally think. The benefits are there is always someone to help you if you need it, moral support and just makes for a better day at work. Describe the benefits of working alone In my early teens I used to clean hotel rooms in a really nice 5 star hotel in Ireland. I really liked the feeling of cleaning the room to perfection and knowing I did a good job. What was your worst working experience? Verbal abuse by passengers. But I learned quickly to not take it personally and now such things never bothers me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Determination and hard work pays off. What unique skills do you have? Good sense of humour, extremely hard working and patience. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Anything that envolves team work and customer service. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? That Im hard working and love customer service. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Im a stay at home mom! When can you start work and how will it fit around family life? Im willing to start as soon as possible. My son already goes to Dagis for a few hours each week and my boyfriens family live close to us so plenty of help and support.
