Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? According to me skills are more valuable than formal education, because Formal education is a collection of "Informations" but not "Knowledge". How and where we use(apply) the Information provided by Formal education is depend on the skill we have. I would have to say that my worst experience had also been my best experience. Before Accenture i was working with a firm called Vishwasi where we had a great team of four members whome i loved the most. we four joined Accenture together but unfortunetly they left after 1month.I felt very sad it was a very hard time for me and that was my worst work experience but this experience made me a stronger person it helped me to have new friends, to know people well and to self realize my strength. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Nothing is impossible. What unique skills do you have? I can easily convince people. I can learn things faster. I can view the world from others point of view also. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Managing some process is my dream job What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
