both are valuable because nursing is not only practical job it needs also theoretical. when we prescribe and give medication and like that we have to know in detail of the theoretical part. and also to administer it we have to know also the practical skill. so in my assumption both are valuable.

team working is important in nursing work. because with discussion there will be experience sharing and many other thing.

my worest working experience is, when i am in our country there were many childeren attacked by HIV AIDS so it was very worest.
