What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Preferentially, Sweden and Switzerland, may be any other European country.

What field do you currently work in?

Cell cultures, microbiology and parasitology.

What fields have you worked in before?

Marine microbiology, Biomedical Research

What qualifications do you hold?

Two master degrees (Biomedical sciences and Education). Biology Bachelor

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Education develops skills. The skills based education, they are as abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of specific work. Skills determine valued behavior and include reflective skills like problem-solving and critical thinking, to personal skills like interpersonal skills, and to self-awareness. Practicing life skills leads to qualities such as self-esteem, tolerance and sociability, to action competencies to take action and generate change, and to capabilities to have the freedom to decide who to be and what to do.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Teamwork involves working confidently within a group, contributing your own ideas effectively, taking a share of the responsibility, being assertive - rather than passive or aggressive, accepting and learning from constructive criticism and giving positive, constructive feedback to others. Teams are groups of individuals demonstrate the cohesiveness Teams outperform individuals because teams generate a special energy. This energy develops as team members work together fusing their personal energies and talents to deliver tangible performance results.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone may be the key to better productivity. Some timer partner’s performance interfered with their performance, causing them to perform more slowly. However, necessarily, some work has to make only one person. This is part of a team work every individual has to work independetly. Each person has to do a particular task.

What was your worst working experience?

I have not bad experience in my work. Where the prevailing interest money downplaying quality. The poor results also rushed job.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Care, responsibility, availability, enthusiasm, interest and good personal relationships.

What unique skills do you have?

scientific and pedagogical training

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

International company leader in biomedical work. There are working people of different nationalities and there will be opportunities to work in teams. I can apply my skills and develop my skills. It will possible grown, nurture and exercise. It takes a lot of hard work and skill to blend the different personalities, abilities, and agendas into a cohesive unit willing to work for a common goal. Behind every person and team this company has to be as strong and visionary leader. A leader whose job is not to control, but to teach, encourage, and when to organize is necessary.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Cell culture, isolation, processing and preservation. In vitro and in vivo assays.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

My field has many interesting fields, none of them is unattractive.
