I'm a Degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Nursing A registered Nurse in the Philippines Intravenous therapist also and has undergone such training like Advance Cardiac Life Support, Telemetry, Pediatric Life Support Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? For Me both formal education and skills.. Because in my field of profession I'm dealing with lives wherein I have to be knowledgeable,sharp enough for every action I'm going to take. Knowledge and Skills must go hand in hand. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is source of growth.. Interpersonal growth to be specific. I do believe that I can attain more professional and personal growth by working with others and I will be able to impart my knowledge at abilities as well. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone makes me more Independent and very much careful and sharp though. Working alone is an opportunity where I can maximize my skills and potentials. What was your worst working experience? So far I have nothing to consider as worst experience ever because I do believe that for every experience there's no such thing as worst or bad but only learning.. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Patience, Dedication ,Compassion and Passion. For me... I have learned to gain and maximize that especially the Patience. But the most important one is Passion because I believe that if you love your career or profession there's no way of going down or committing mistakes. Passion always come along with Compassion and patience, and with those things I believe that I will be able to work efficiently and effectively...I'm not just a Nurse to the one Im taking care of but A Person who works with Love. What unique skills do you have? I'm an Intravenous Nurse I know that Cooking is not consider a unique skills but for me It is. I also dance. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream Job is to be a Nurse who reached and attains such excellency in her field.I also want to teach on the other hand because I believe that it is my professional and humanitarian responsibility to share every little things , insight and skills that Im going to attain as I'm taking the journey of being a Nurse. I also wanted to go on the indigent place and conducts such medical mission there. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting and dealing with different people- Different walks of life. Simply because, I know that as a person we all have the opportunity to meet different people but there's only few people who can touch one's life. Being a Nurse is very fulfilling. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I don't find any least interesting in my field because I know that every details in my career is made for us to be able to be effective and efficient.
