Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills are more important as it increases creativity in children which raises intellectual thinking in them and with formal it becomes easy to provide overall development in the children Describe the benefits of working with others we need to develop peer group relation as it enables to learn new things,provides the chance of knowing what sharing is as knowledge is what which grows with others and not when it is just kept within Describe the benefits of working alone according to me benfits are few but if we work alone may be that we may not disturbed sometime and work can be done with perfection . What was your worst working experience? this was the experience i had in the beginning of my carrier .I went to the class. I had to teach chemical equations for students. It Started off well in the beginning but i forgot to put a negative sign as a result the answer came wrong.It took several minutes to find that .moreover it was an embarrassing situation for me . After that i didnt repeat at all What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be sincere in what ever thing we know.Never to act as if we know the thing we dont know,especially in front of students.If we dont know we should always accept that were not aware of that and we can try find out about that.
