Formal education or skills and why? My oppinion is that Formal education and skills are both important. Because one must have theoritical knowledge that is gained by formal education and also practical knowledge by practicing the skills. Both qualities can make man ideal to work. One can learn human relationship values.We can exchange ideas and knowledge. we can get team sprit which helps the institution or organization for its progress and have good reputation. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt that one should build network helps us to gain knowledge about various thing and people. What unique skills do you have? I can understand pshycology of students. I kan make simple teaching materials in order to benifit students in learning process. I kan write text books for kids in simple and colourfull which makes kids intersting and stimulates learnig habits.I am good at drawing, I am intreseted in out door games. conducting seminars and powerpoint presentations. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to give best knowledge to kids that is¨"Teaching". Teaching is evergreen and respectable job. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? It is teaching and taking care of my family. To gain job satisfaction. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? My least interserting aspects giving too much of spoon feeding to student. which doesn't help them to gain confidence.
