HR Administratorlooking for an experienced candidates for the position of Chief Payroll Accountant for FranceLocation: Geneva (Switzerland) Languages required: English AND French are must; German is a plus Employment type: Permanent Occupation: full time (100%) Main responsibilities: • Permanently tracking French payroll legislation, parametrize changes in the company’s systems and update the payroll process documentation. • Design the best payroll process and implement the corresponding rules in the payroll systems. • Support payroll specialists upon new cases or questions from clients • Validate and sign off the payroll output generated by the payroll specialists before it is released to clients Job requirements: Fluent language skills 3-5 years experience in French payroll administration Leadership and pro-activity to continuously track legislation changes from many different sources Analytical skills to be able to map legislation and HR Administration processes in the payroll system.
