Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both because with formal education it qualifies you to professional industries you may fit in aND WITH DEGREE IT WILL LEAD YOU TO SUCCESS, while if you are skilled like you are equipt with talent in farming like I have because in the Philippines we have lands to work in, it is additional points in your career that you have this ability to manage to live even in rural ares. So whether your in the city or province you will survive.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Lots of advantage, you work as a team or group, you will be able to finish the task quickly and productively.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Here you will have the freedom to decide on what you have in mind and with self confidence you will provide a good output.

For me nothing because I consider all my experinces as stepping stone the teached me the abilities I posses now. Even it is farming, fishing, hotel etc.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

That through hardwork and patience you can attain everything, it just that you need to strived more for your families financial stability.

Well, maybe the plus factor that I am an Atlhete when I am in Highschool and College (i do the Hurdle) and holds the 1st title in our province. That made me FIT and respond quickly in doing things.

Is a job where I can enjoy everything I do, honestly, I like it most to go back to my previous life in the Philippines so simple but enjoy. (Farming & Fishing)

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Feild of Retail, the advantage of handling the store and manpower. Supervising them challenges me becuase you have to face different situations and personalities.

Agricultural, ofcourse the benefit of having a healthy environment.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Retail, only redundancy towards work. I mean most of the role is done in a routine.

Please replace this with a question of your own

What is most important to you right now? For here my anwer will be my Family, that is why I will do anything for our betterment specially for my son.
