I'm still doing my bachelor as the last year student Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both are at same value. What experience I have gained proves that working effectively and efficiently needs a good educational basics and brain-works. Combining theoretical knowledge and using brain will help you observe and get new experience from which you develop better ways of working. Describe the benefits of working with others It's always difficult to work well with other people. You will get good communicative skill. You may learn new things from them, and with someone who may be better than you, it creates competitiveness and stimulates you to get better and better Describe the benefits of working alone you may get more concentration. What was your worst working experience? I and my boss had a misunderstandings and we argued in peak hours. I, however, managed myself not let it bother my work. Very later on, he apologized me and commented " You still could concentrate on your work, it was good then" What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Put your nose down, and learn good things from other people. Don't look at what others do. Always try my utmost. in the midst of people, try to be the best, not be alike.
