I value both formal education and skills .because formal education is like a foundation upon which career can be built up successfully. What was your worst working experience? When I was working in the sugar industry in the year 1994, I suggested that sugarcane crop needs nutrients all thro its growth period until before maturity but the technocrat refuted my ideas and said in negetive that sugarcane would need nutrients for 1st three months only.Of late these technocrat now says that sugarcane takes up nutrients till its 10 th month and comes to uniform maturity and gives more yield.This has worried me a little bit. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? There is no substitute for hard work.As a person of agriculture profession i learn time will not wait for us & we have to wait for the time.Only quality service will bring value and rewards in life.Determination, dedication, devotion and commitment to our goal will make us shine in life. Working as vegetable farm manager/sugarcane plantation manager/organic farm manager are really my dream jobs What are the most interesting aspects of your field? High quality hybrid vegetables, tasteful organic fruits and vegetables and high yielding high sugar sugarcane crop are interesting aspect in my life.As an agriculture graduate, I wish to produce a tasty, healthy and mineral & vitamin rich vegetables and fruits which i believe make people of this world live for double the lifespan.My field What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
