At Mwanza, Moshi, Mbeya,Arusha and Morogoro because i have my relatives in these regions so at list when i go to work in those areas i will not be alone even if i get a problem. What countries have you worked in? I am a finalist at St.Augustine University of Tanzania situated in Mwanza,so i have never worked before. What countries do you have a visa to work in? None. What field do you currently work in? None. What fields have you worked in before? A radio presenter at SAUT FM What qualifications do you hold? I'm about to get my first degree of Arts in Mass Communication on the coming November as i will be graduating. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills more valuable because that's what is needed in any work. One can have enough education but no skills, it will be like wasting time. People look at what one can do and not what one has. Describe the benefits of working with others It makes works more easier as one cannot do all works by him/herself. It also makes the workers share their different skills and experiences. Describe the benefits of working alone one will work with his/her own efforts without any kind of disturbances and conflicts. What was your worst working experience? when i was the best presenter at SAUT FM my fellow did not like seeing me succeed. They used to talk with me badly.
