I'm interesting to work in my own Country,Tanzania because it is easy to avoid inconviences and other movements which may arise to shift family from one country to another. I have been working in Civil Engineering Contracts and Procurement audit of various projects in Tanzania especially in Local Authority Capital Grants financed by World Bank What qualifications do you hold? I'm holding Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Currently i'm attending Postgraduate Diploma in Procurement and Supply Managemnet in the Istitute of Procurement and Supply, Dar es Salaam Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both Formal education and skills more valuable since the skills are related directly to the education knowledge received and hence the application of knowledge and finally experience. So to have good competence you should have education as well as skills. Describe the benefits of working with others Improving cultural iterventions between workers,knowledge sharing between staff,increase expertism between staff ,promote good relationship among staff, Decisionn making depends contributions of others and you cannot be biased. Describe the benefits of working alone It easier to make decision quicky before envolving others and You cannot affected by other's cultures. What was your worst working experience? It working alone. It is not easy to deliver what is supposed to be cdelivered on time if the task is very complicated. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
