An Advanced Diploma in Parasitology and Medical Entomology. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skill is more valuable since enhences somebody to perform the required task in a good manner. Describe the benefits of working with others When working with others, you automatically share skills, knowledges and experiences with others. You also exchange idears with your fellows, hence the work done is always nice. Describe the benefits of working alone All responsibilities are performed by a single peronell and if there is a problem in performing any duty, then is simple to trace the particular problem and to know who was responsible. Then responsible person is easy to be corrected and the work done will be easy to be done. On the other hand, when working alone, you can`t share anything with others. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience is on lacking vital materials for doing the day to day routine works. e.g. reagents, chemicals, equipments and instruments for Laboratory activities. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Important lesson learnt through my career is that when studying at Universityies, where all laboratory materials are available e.g. reagents, chemicals, Instruments and instruments, everything goes well But when you get imployed, all those laboratory materials are not there. Then you can`t perform well since you have no necessary materials. What unique skills do you have? I have a Diploma in Practical Theology which enalbes me to work with anybody. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream is to have a good job which can give me better life with my family and other people. Again to have a good job where I can work with others without any querry.(I.e. a good job with harmony and peace with all people) What are the most interesting aspects of your field? To have a team work which work and share together all the necessary materials at work. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? To see people working alone without helping each other.
