The type of job I am looking for is a management centred job such as Human Resources officer,simply because I am dedicated and enthusiastic about helping the organization meets the goals. What nationality are you? I am a Tanzanian. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? My languages by which I can speak are Kiswahili and English,I can do my best level by speaking fluently on both tongue. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? The country in which I am looking to work for is Tanzania because is my country by which is lacking manpower especially those with professions, I am committed to help in developing my country.I also interested working in Dar es Salaam the capital city of my country because it is where I can advance my level of education while working as there are vast access to learning Institutions. What countries have you worked in? I have been working only in Tanzania as a Human Resources Officer by a certain Oil&Energy company. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I have no visa to work in any country out of Tanzania. What field do you currently work in? I am currently not working as a results of my family concerns,however I had been working as a Human Resources Officer since November 2009 to June 2011. What fields have you worked in before? When I completed my form six in 2005 I joined Tanzania Breweries Ltd at Mwanza Plant as a Packaging filler operator. What qualifications do you hold? My qualifications I have,I am a holder of bachelor degree of Arts in Sociology. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both of them I consider are valuable because they interdepends on each other for the quality of work performance and value decision making. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others is to share responsibilities and Ideas and therefore I can learn through mutual exchange with others,also it is the only opportunity in which you can work efficiently in order to handle challenges so as to reach the target of work. Describe the benefits of working alone There is no benefits of working alone because you can never be creative,challengeable and also you can not meet your time scale scheduled in Time. What was your worst working experience? I have learned from each work I have had,from the good one what to do, from the challenging ones what not to do. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson I have learnt throughout my career is to work with people and learning how to delegate duties and not be selfish in asking or helping others,and moreover is working hard. What unique skills do you have? My unique skills I have is an ability of consesus holding of problem solving as well well as ability of organizing my staff and work in team work through scientific management featured by conveyor like system. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is a job with human working environment or a job where I love the work,like the people or a job with pressure and targets. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? My most ineresting aspects of my field is sociology of conflict management,Sociology of Human Resources management,Industrial sociology work and organization.Anthropology of Globalization.
