It happened when I left Standard Chartered bank for KCB bank where I found an environment in which people did not like changes at all.. Honestly my first few months with KCB were not rewarding at all for I endedd up doing all the small tasks which needed a change by myself until when I was able to comvince the management to rotate the staff and be able to explain to them the importance of being organized.
