What type of job are you looking for?

Social worker

What nationality are you?

Tanzanian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I am good in Swahili and English in both speaking and writting.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Tanzania,Dar es salaam.Because there are many people having social problems and need help

What countries have you worked in?

I did not work in any place within my country and outside the country.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

I do not have visa for any country.

What field do you currently work in?

I worked at Tanzania Youth Alliance (TAYOA) as a Facilitator conserning HIV/AIDS.

What fields have you worked in before?

I did not work in any place befour.

What qualifications do you hold?

I have an Ordinary Diploma Of Social Work from Institute Of Social Work Dar es salaam.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider in skills because i believe it will increase my experience

Describe the benefits of working with others

It will help me to have a good relations with my fellows and the clients,ilso it will i ncrease my experience by working with different people.

Describe the benefits of working alone

It will help to be very responsible with my work by using the all skills and knowledge i have.

What was your worst working experience?

I got experience when i work at Tanzania Youth Alliance by facilitating to youth concerning HIV/AIDS.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I got many challenges bt among of them is when a girl or boy face problems and he or she do not know where to report untill they get psychological problem when it is late.

What unique skills do you have?

Confidentiality,privacy,non judgemental,express of fillings to the client.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

To be a very good social worker.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

To work with people group,individual and family.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

To work dependentily or in groups.

What are the other activities apart from what i did in field?

Councelor.
